Dear Uncle Axel.
With this I’m sending the Death certificate as demanded I had to go to another town for it. as mother and I have both been unwell. I couldn’t go before.
you know John wanted you to take care of this. so you do what he said now. he did not ask Ole to do this. Mother wants nothing to do with Ole.
Mother had the right to know how much was in the bank. but you did not reply to that. I hope there will be an end to the nonsense now. as john would have said
It’s too bad that these stockings Florence sent to Herborg didn’t get there. Florence is moving today. She’s sick all the time. and couldn’t handle the place she was at.
we’re having an unusually warm weather already. no rain yet
Regards to you all.
You can tell Laura that I’ll write to her. but right now there’s too much at hand to do. I’m glad she got the photos. Have received thank you’s from 3 who got. of same.
Regards from mother and Alma
