Gode Broder

Good Brother

Thank you for the packages and letter  I’m sick in bed, have been in bed for 2 weeks  have Bronchitis congestion  have such difficulty breathing (respiratory trouble)  Terrible cough, headache and fever.

The first package with the dress  Well the dress was way too small  The wife is big now but there are many who would like to have it  The stockings (socks?  Same word is sometimes used for both in Norwegian) were nice and the other shirt? (difficult to read) was way too big  the vests too small, but will manage somehow.  The Suit package I haven’t had the energy to open yet  hope it’s ok.  Oh dear me how sick I am  Thank you so much for everything.  I’ll write as soon as I get better.  You’ll get Blueberries as soon as I can get up.  You mustn’t give away? (next to impossible to read) the big? Suit?  I got Halvor’s addrs. but haven’t written yet,  Thank you dear Brother  god bless you.  Greet everyone

Your Olav
